“Talk of the Town” is a song by British record producers Fred Again and Sammy Virji with Irish rapper Reggie, featured on the former’s studio album reissue USB. It was released as a remix of Reggie’s 2022 song of the same name for digital download and streaming by Warner Records UK and Atlantic Records, on 3 November 2025. The song was written by Fred Again, Virji, and Reggie, and produced by Darcy Lewis, Fred Again, and Virji.

Fred Again performed the song for the first time on 30 October 2025 at the Button Factory in Dublin, Ireland.[1][2] The track was produced and recorded on the same day during a live streaming studio on Twitch from Dublin, where Fred Again was joined by Reggie and the duo Travy and Elzzz from the Irish band Gliders.[1][3][4] An additional concert was performed on 1 November 2025 at Dublin’s RDS Simmonscourt, where Reggie took to the stage for a surprise appearance.[2] The concert was sold out with an audience of 3,500.[1] Although the single was produced in October 2025, excerpts from the track were sometimes played at some of Fred Again’s concerts up to six months before its release.[1]

“Talk of the Town” is a remix of Reggie’s 2022 song of the same name.[8] Running for three minutes and thirteen seconds,[9] it is a high-energy, dancefloor-ready house track rooted in both hip-hop and EDM, and based on a four-on-the-floor rhythmic structure.[5][8][10] Putting Reggie’s voice front and centre, the song features Virji’s typical swing sound, with a futuristic rhythm, and metallic, distorted synth weaves, letting the tension ease to get listeners moving.[5][8][10]
