Independent artificial lift company

Valiant Artificial Lift Solutions is an American oilfield services company specializing in artificial lift systems for Shale Oil production.

Valiant Artificial Lift Solutions was founded in 2016 by Gareth C. Ford, with its headquarters being established in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Later that year, the company set up its primary facility in Midland, Texas.

The company was founded as a spiritual successor to Wood Group ESP (John Wood Group).

Valiant specializes in electric submersible pumping systems, or ESPs, and horizontally mounted multistage centrifugal pumping systems units for conventional and unconventional oil/water production applications.[1]

In 2019, Valiant and Weatherford International formed an alliance to jointly commercialize ESPs internationally.
