Rail system in the United States

This is a fictional railroad that uses some of the former Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, Western Maryland Railway & Baltimore, Chespeake & Atlantic Railway.

Info can be found here:
Atlantic & Capital Railroad

A Bit Of History

The line was developed between 1985-2008 with extension lines being extended in 2013 or later. They acquired lines that were being sold off like the Pope Creek Subdivision (Now a trail in real life), Port Covington & Locust Point. Their engines are a fleet of Steam, Diesel & Electric with some of their stories changed for fictional purposes like the B&O Little Joes who live on this line fictionally. They extend the line into the Ocean City Islands but it only terminates to Salisbury. Theres a bridge and tunnel channel next to the established road bridge that crosses the Bay. They also restore The Spring Garden Swing Bridge which was abandoned in the 80s.

Reminder

This again is fiction, even though it has real life elements it doesn’t exist in real life at all it is subjected to just fiction (possibly for stories) this was made just out of
boredom. You can find more info on the link provided.

Alexandria Virginia-Laurel Route

Under trackage rights the only train that uses the camden route is mostly the high-speed express service that uses the Easternshore route. This train is called the Atlantic Flyer (From Laurel to Salisbury & Sometimes Virginia). The line follows along the Camden Line route before reaching a fictional junction at Greenbelt or after Murkirk another junction at Laurel Reacetrack.

Laurel & Greenbelt Route

The line comes off from Laurel Racetrack using the old spur line that once sat near the station. It follows a creek before reaching the terminus to the Heritage Station. Then there is a junction that diverts to Greenebelt Station and branchline that goes along from the station that reaches the Patuxent Gateway and Bowie Penn Line Interchnage.
