I have used other accounts in the past: Pramod8375 (to complete a specific task) on fr wiki only, Zivlo (which never made any contributions), and Mamani1990 on en wiki only. I created the Mamani1990 account while trying to circumvent a global lock. Even though that initial lock was unjustified, I still circumvented it. Mamani1990 has therefore been blocked. I sincerely apologize for my mistake. I have learned from this experience and will not repeat it.
