I think the article was really interesting and I didn’t know ginger milk curd was a thing! That would help guide readers through what to expect overall. The content is super interesting and detailed. The section about chemistry is surprisingly engaging, and I like how it connects food science to a traditional dessert. It explains how ginger protease reacts with milk in a way that’s understandable even for someone without a science background. The part about health benefits is a nice addition so you get an understanding of what you are making and putting into your body. The organization is easy to follow and gives you many different perspectives of the drink which I like. You could potentially consider moving around which headings are where but it isn’t important. Overall I really like this article and I learned a lot after reading it! Not much to change and this is a great start on a stub!
