This WP:BLP is sourced almost entirely to self-authored papers with little attestation to importance. A lack of WP:Independent sources seems to be the biggest problem. This person just is not very well-known outside of the internet clanging that happened 20 years ago or so where his pseudophysics was being objected to on various message boards and fora.
