• Keep; I wouldn’t consider any civil rights work in Birmingham in the mid-20c. to be strictly local; it was a focal point of the Civil Rights movement, and Sterne was active there, in many roles, from the 1930s into the 1980s. I fixed a few dead links and added a few more refs just now, including this profile from 1981. Will keep working to make her notability clearer.
