”’*Note:”’ As the one who started this page, I believed she strongly deserved a page and did thorough research (with greater responsibility being an autopatroller) and only then started the BLP. However, to err is human and I am hoping instead of deletion this may be draftified… I made efforts to check out the coverage from reliable sources, including from the Sportstar of the Hindu group, as she had SIGCOV for over 8 years from 2018, many of such published articles had at least one para about her and her goals and play skills. One reliable, reputed and secondary Bhubaneswar sports website, had a [https://www.orisports.com/PersonDetails.aspx?pId=NDIzNA== full page on her] in the Personality section. Since I have added more than 10 citations (almost all are reliable and secondary) after the BLP was nominated, I request editors to consider them. I declare that I have NO COI and have never seen her play or met her, except on TV. Thanks and happy editing. |

*Keep: Thanks for taking time to review the BLP. I thought about this point/angle for quite sometime and did research and felt that a lot of coverage is available “as she attracted attention over a sufficiently significant period of time” (Too soon to delete). And it is not just when she made the India debut. A lot of it is in Odia when she played at the junior level and also for the club. But I came across Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Notability and felt that she easily passes. She also passes GNG as there is an indenpendent page on her in the personalities column of a popular online sports portal/website, run by a professional journalist which is an accredited online portal. So I feel we should not go for WP:TOOSOONDEL. I will also make some time, soon, to get some more refs from reliable secondary Odia newspapers and portals. Please note my talk page reply is a good-faith instant reply and not to motives questioned/attributed.
