Speedy deletion declined for this long-term abuse draft and doesn’t seem to meet any other speedy deletion criteria. This is incredibly similar to Draft:Inuit Legends which was speedied earlier today and I can see from User talk:176.191.65.154 that the IP was blocked thereafter. Interestingly, I can see that the IP address for the creator of this new draft is incredibly similar. This seems to be a similar case to Draft:Hindi phrasebook and Draft:Amharic/Hindi phrasebook, which were both also deleted via WP:G1. This seems to be part of a series of nonsensical foreign-language drafts made several times every day by the same long-term vandal. Please delete per WP:DENY.
