Temporary full protection: Requesting the unusual step of a 12 to 24 hour full protection of the talk page. The talk page is encroaching on basically being unusable due to traffic and is seeing repeated and sustained WP:BLPCRIME violations DESPITE being under ECP. Believe a short period of full protection might provide enough time for the tempo to reduce and allow for constructive discussion to return.
