Suspected sockpuppets

The suspected sockpuppeteer uploaded a vandalism-only image (commons:File:Deep respect of Israel flag.jpg to Commons that the suspected sockpuppet (& only the suspected sockpuppet) used on their userpage. Both accounts were created today & had userpages with images containing the |link= parameter. I am unsure who a true sockmaster here may be.
