A new user with provocative political contributions who immediately made a mark in discussions of hot political topics (by adding such comments to other people’s discussions or using the wiki as a platform for political statements), demonstrating a certain knowledge of wiki rules and procedures. Moreover, this topic has already been raised on the user’s discussion page, receiving a clearly teasing reaction from the user and continued political complaints. Not to mention a political username or adding a clearly ambiguous profile description, given the context of the articles they were involved in discussing. In general, taking into account all of the above, I have a strong suspicion that this account was created to provoke users of right-wing or near-right views in discussing articles related to the recent murder of a right-wing politician. The user contributions of this account are entirely at ANI, and it appears the account was created specifically for a conversation there. The user page appears a direct reference to the discussion of a slur being used on an editors user page. A new account being created specifically to comment on a specific ANI smells like a sock to me.
