IPv6 range adjacent to 2600:1014:B100:0:0:0:0:0/42 (blocked a few weeks ago). Since that block, and indeed before then, this /42 range has likely been used by this LTA for editing – see [[Special:Diff/1299998542|asking to make a new page]], [[Special:Diff/1308645015|asking for someone else to edit the article]], and [[Special:Diff/1312226673|moving sections around without meaningfully changing them]] all on weather articles, in line with this LTA. {{duck}}. Blocked in this LTA twice before and has been participating in tornado-related discussions (in line with this LTA) for a few weeks now.
