International football competition
The 2026 FIFA Women’s Champions Cup is the first edition of FIFA Women’s Champions Cup organised by FIFA. The tournament features the champion clubs from each of the six continental confederations, is held once a year in three of every four years (not held in years with a FIFA Women’s Club World Cup) to determine the world’s premier women’s club team.[1][2]
The first two matches were played in the home stadium of a team involved in each match, and the final four matches (including the final) will be played in London.[3][4]
The competition involves six teams, each representing one of FIFA’s continental confederations. The format is similar to the format of the men’s FIFA Club World Cup until 2023:
