Allah Ditta Loonay Wala was a prominent Punjabi Folk singer from Pakistan. He recieved ‘Pride of Performance‘ and ‘Pride of Punjab’ from the Government of Pakistan.[1][2]
Allah Ditta Loney Wala was born in Loney Wala, Punjab, in 1957. Early on in his life his father hoped that he would become a doctor.[1][2]
Loonaywala’s best-known songs from his first album are ‘Shaaman Pei Gaeyaan’, ‘Ticketaan Do Lei Lei’ and ‘Main Cham Cham Nachdi Phiraan’.[2][3]
He had 5 children including 3 sons and 2 daughters.[4]
He died of a heart attack aged 64.[3]
