American writer and literary critic
Aubrey Howard Bowser (1885–1943) was an American writer, literary critic, and educator.[1] He reviewed books for the New York Amsterdam News.[2][3] His works included a serialized novel, The Man Who Would Be White.[4] He founded a literary magazine, The Rainbow, in 1919.[5] He graduated from Harvard College in 1907.[6]
