Dear Reviewer,
I have manually resubmitted this draft. Regarding Reference #2 (Government Order): I originally verified the Notability with a Google Drive link to the Official Govt Order (No. F 8-146/35/15/2022). However, Wikipedia’s automated filter blocked the edit due to the Drive link being flagged as potential spam.
Therefore, I have replaced it with a full Offline Citation of the Government Gazette Order. Please verify the Order Number and Date as proof of the subject’s Executive State-Level Appointment (Vice-Chairman), which meets WP:NPOLITICIAN criteria.
