  • Comment: I’m only seeing two really good sources (generally need 3), the pichfork, and the face, though the face might run into issues with SIGCOV. One more good source would likely make it notable enough to be an article. 45dogs (they/them) (talk page) 20:47, 30 November 2025 (UTC)
  • Comment: The vast majority of these sources are not reliable. I see Twitter, Bandcamp, Spotify, none of these are reliable. Sophisticatedevening🍷(talk) 18:25, 7 June 2025 (UTC)
  • Comment: Ref 2 is a strong maybe, ref 4 and 6 don’t have that much coverage and the former is one of those short “this person released X [music format], listen to it here” articles, and the remaining sources are not independent of the subject. 💽 🌙Eclipse 💽 🌹 ⚧ (she/they) talk/edits 16:05, 25 January 2025 (UTC)
  • Comment: Reliable independent source needed to establish notablity! Grabup (talk) 17:36, 7 May 2024 (UTC)

Electronic music duo

Femtanyl is an American electronic music act consisting of Noelle Mansbridge and Juno Callendar.[1] Their work as been described as hardcore, hyperpop and breakcore.[2][3] Their music is popular in online spaces especially among furries.[4] They take inspiration from a wide variety of sources including 20th century rave, Nine Inch Nails, Whitearmor, as well as modern EDM.[1]

Femtanyl was started by Noelle Mansbridge and began releasing music on Spotify in 2023, releasing her debut EP, Chaser, in September of the same year.[1] Writing for Pitchfork, Kieren Press-Reynolds described the EP as “a relentless hamster wheel of energy.”[5] It amassed over 40 million streams in its first year on streaming services.[6]

Mansbridge performed her first show in January 2024, which sold out in 2 hours. On August 15th Mansbridge was introduced to Callendar via her manager in order for Callendar to perform as a live drummer.[1] By July 2024, they had sold out 650+ ticket shows.[7] Mansbridge released her sophomore EP, Reactor, just over a year later, which featured American rapper Danny Brown. In August 2025, Callendar was officially made a member of femtanyl.[4] In November 2025, femtanyl appeared on Danny Brown’s album Stardust.[4] They, alongside Underscores, were supporting acts for Danny Brown’s Stardust tour. [8] Femtanyl is slated to perform at the Primevera Sound 26 festival in Barcelona, Spain.[9] They are planning on releasing their debut album Man Bites Dog on Feb 13, 2026.[1]

Mansbridge is a transgender woman.[4]
