(commonly “Fracttal”) is a Madrid-based technology company that develops a cloud-based computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) and related IoT & AI-powered asset-maintenance software. History

Fracttal was founded in 2014 (or 2015) by Alejandro Pérez and Christian Struve during a startup­ programme in Chile. The founders observed a gap in maintenance management solutions for small and mid-sized companies that lacked budget for high-end legacy systems.
