Francis Porcher should link here
Francis Peyer Porcher (December 14, 1824-November 19, 1895) was a botanist in the United States.
He graduated from South Carolina College. He served as a surgeon in the Confederate Army.[1]
He lived at 38 Meeting Street in Charleston.
