Epic Games launched Postparty on February 9, 2023. Postparty is a clipping-sharing software created by Epic Games intended for its users who do not have access to clipping software or simply need a way to share gaming highlights to platforms such as social media. It is most commonly associated with creating and sharing video clips in Fortnite, but it is also associated with video-clipping other games created by Epic. [1]
History
Postparty officially launched on February 9, 2023. It was released on iPhone and Android devices. Sharing clips and other data from consoles was already possible, but this was additional method to do so. The application introduced the merging of clips from multiple platforms, such as Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and PC, combining the process into one central app. [2]
