American swimmer

Emma Lebron Weber is an American competitive swimmer and Olympic gold-medal holder. Weber was a member of the 2024 USA Olympic swimming team, notably earning gold in the US Women’s 4 x 100-meter medley relay, and 23rd in the Women’s 100-meter breastroke.[2] She also competed at the 2023 Pan American Games where she won a silver medal for the United States.

Early-life, swimming, and education

Weber was born in Denver, Colorado to Kurt and Deidre Weber.[2] Weber attended Regis Jesuit where she was coached by Nick Frasersmith, who had previously coached Olympic swimmers Missy Franklin and Clark Smith. In an interview with The Denver Post, Weber cited ‘Missy’ as an early-inspiration for her, and often visualized going to the Olympics like her.[3] Weber graduated Regis Jesuit in 2022.

University of Virginia Cavaliers Swim & Dive

Weber currently competes for the NCAA division-one, University of Virginia Cavaliers Swim & Dive under head coach, Tedd Desorbo. Weber is a junior as of 2025, and is currently enrolled in the UVA College of Arts and Sciences.[4]
