Fernando Barrios, professionally known as Furne One[a], is a Filipino fashion designer and the creative director and founder of the international couture house Amato Couture.
Early life and education
Furne Amato was born Fernando Barrios in Cebu City, Philippines.[2][3] He began sketching clothing designs at age ten, inspired from his mother and grandmother’s love of fashion.[4]
Amato studied fine arts with a major in advertising at the University of San Carlos in Cebu City, since there is no fashion design program at the time.[2]
Career
