In 1996, Frazier founded Biz 3, a music publicity firm that began in a small space above a Chicago club. [2]
The company has since expanded to Los Angeles and represents a diverse roster of over 200 artists, including Daft Punk, The Weeknd, J. Cole, Lil Baby, Lauryn Hill, and Migos. Over her career, she has been credited on over 20 multi-platinum albums and song as a publicist.[3][4]
In 2011, she co-founded OWSLA, an independent record label and creative collective, alongside Skrillex and collaborators.[5][6]
Frazier is a certified life and career coach, specializing in personal development, executive coaching, and family dynamics. [7]
She is also a Reiki Master and serves as a teaching professor at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music.[8][9]
