Argentine basketball coach
Manu Gelpi is an Argentine professional basketball coach who is currently the head coach of the Halcones de Obregon of CIBACOPA.[1]
Coaching career
Gelpi has experience as a coach for Paraguay national team selections and basketball clubs in Argentina, Bolivia, and CIBACOPA.[2]
In January 2025, Halcones de Ciudad Obregón announced Gelpi would continue as an assistant coach for the team.[3]
On March 21, 2025, Gelpi was named as the new head coach of Halcones de Ciudad Obregón.[4] He led the team to the 2025 CIBACOPA semifinals where the Halcones lost to Astros de Jalisco 4-2.[5]
Personal life
Born May 11, 1987, Gelpi is a native of Argentina.[6]
