MEPB is the first organization in the region to sanction professional boxing shows, with all major sanctioning bodies including [[World Boxing Council|WBC]], [[World Boxing Association|WBA]], [[International Boxing Federation|IBF]], and [[World Boxing Organization|WBO]].
