The result of the move request was: moved. Editors arguing for the move argued that the subject is only known for being kidnapped. One dissenting editor argued that there had been subsequent coverage; however, this was rebutted by an editor arguing that the subsequent coverage was only about part of the story of the subject being kidnapped. Alon Ohel → Kidnapping of Alon Ohel – This is a classic subject is notable only for one event wp:oneevent, albeit an extremely prolonged event. The vast majority of articles like this are named:
- Oppose As per discussion on Rom Braslavski, there is a distinction between the one event of the kidnapping, and subsequent coverage of him, such as the video release. ←Metallurgist (talk) 05:38, 4 November 2025 (UTC)
