Plot still says “N/A”. Although the film has not been aired as separate episodes, we know the plot and where it will be split (i.e. every 22 minutes or thereabouts – the ‘cliffhangers’ should be obvious). Anybody want to fill in the plot?

@Lado85 Which part of “For consistency, avoid abbreviated year ranges when they would be used alongside non-abbreviated ranges within an article” from MOS:DATERANGE do you not understand? Are there non-abbreviated ranges within this article? Yes. Therefore, for consistency, should we avoid abbreviated year ranges in this article? Yes. What confuses you? — Alex_21 TALK 06:21, 30 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

And do you understand? We have same situation in all episode list pages. Only 1999-2000 is full everywhere. It was not problem for you, before this anon changed this. Everything was fine. At least he must write on talk page, before change consensus version. Lado85 (talk) 06:28, 30 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Lado85 Read MOS:DATERANGE. What do you not understand about the quote? We do not “have same situation in all episode list pages”.
And as for At least he must write on talk page, before change consensus version.? That is the most WP:OWNBEHAVIOR I have seen from you. Go read Actions 1, 4 and 5, as well as Statement 3, 4 and 6. Keep going, and I’ll take you to WP:ANI. — Alex_21 TALK 06:31, 30 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

List of Futurama episodes → List of Futurama episodes (Production order) – that article should be separated from List of Futurama episodes (Broadcast order). ~2025-42282-04 (talk) 08:22, 30 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose and speedy close No. The production order is already noted in the article. There is no broadcast order article – your experiment draft is not valid. This suggestion and your draft fail so many MOS:TV gudielines. There is no need for two articles listing the same episodes. — Alex_21 TALK 08:39, 30 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

there is a draft.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:List_of_Futurama_episodes_(Broadcast_order)
i am not sure should this article be just a some general information of episodes and those production ordered list and broadcast ordered list should be in their own pages? ~2025-42282-04 (talk) 09:07, 30 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

broadcast ordered list is what people need the most. ~2025-42282-04 (talk) 09:10, 30 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I know you think they’re different. That is not a draft that will ever exist as an article. — Alex_21 TALK 10:18, 30 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

and why is that? ~2025-42282-04 (talk) 07:52, 1 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Because you have four oppositions here, the draft has been declined twice, the standing consensus has always been production order, and we don’t need two lists with the same episodes in different formats. Such fan-wanted material belongs at the Fandom Wikias, not here. — Alex_21 TALK 21:14, 1 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

can you link me a conversation where that consensus has been made and by who? draft has been declined and then fixed (refs) and then declined by you with just because that list already exists which is not true. and because that list is from episodes also, you think it has the same information which is also not true if you example want to check which episodes you’ve seen on tv and what are left or next or something like that.. surely yes, you can see that list from somewhere else, but why that is so that it HAS TO BE just production ordered list? it is pretty easy to make that another list, also that production ordered list is pretty easy to made as own list and let that episodes common information be as in one place. it also simplifies the main article and both lists to maintain. ~2025-42282-04 (talk) 22:24, 1 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

That’s what this article is for. You’ve now been opposed four times and told at least twice to gain a clear consensus, and to educate yourself on our guidelines and formatting. Ta. — Alex_21 TALK 22:36, 1 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
surely we could do that also in a one article but then we should put all the episodes in the same huge table with columns something like: episode number (counter), episode code, production season/episode, broadcast season/episode, (like s01/e01) and so on.. and the table should be available to sort which column you want.. that would also be one solution for this. ~2025-42282-04 (talk) 22:44, 1 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

That’s fan-wanted information. This article provides everything that is needed. You can find further orderings of this exact same data elsewhere. The suggestion you have given does not conform with any Television WikiProject article, guideline or MoS. — Alex_21 TALK 22:53, 1 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

this article does not provide everything that is needed. (easy broadcast ordered list of episodes) surely it can be found elsewhere. i didn’t find a straight words from those guides where it is forbidden to do separate lists for different purposes or do one list with both information.. surely those guides are pretty long to fully understand quickly, especially to people whose mother-language is not an english.. ~2025-42282-04 (talk) 00:12, 2 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
could i try to do that? if that is also already hammered in some “consensus” that it is not allowed to do, i would not do that because it takes some work to do, what do you think? ~2025-42282-04 (talk) 22:55, 1 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Get support for your changes first. So far, there’s nothing here backing you up. — Alex_21 TALK 23:01, 1 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
you think it has the same information which is also not true You have been told multiple times now that these lists have the same set of episodes, with the only difference being the format in which they are presented. Listen to what we are telling you. Rosaece ♡ talk ♡ contribs 08:32, 2 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

yes. it is a difference even it is the only difference. which means different information. set of episodes per season is different. you are telling me that the information is same which it is not. in example infosphere this is not a problem at all for listing those 2 DIFFERENT listings as their own, good question is, why it is problem in that case in wikipedia futurama episodes? ~2026-30760 (talk) 14:46, 2 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

sigh…I’m bowing out of this discussion because it clearly isn’t going anywhere. Rosaece ♡ talk ♡ contribs 15:28, 2 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
Production order is the established consensus for the list. If you so strongly believe that broadcast order is more necessary, you should raise this at its talk page. Rosaece ♡ talk ♡ contribs 09:26, 31 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

you said the issue is that the list already exist.. doing 2 lists with different name would work on that.. or doing one article which tells the basics of the serie and two separate list-articles.. ~2025-42282-04 (talk) 07:56, 1 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

sorry, that first clause was because i first look alex was replying.. so i fix that a little: you > alex ~2025-42282-04 (talk) 07:59, 1 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
