I am sure there’s a logical reason why the first Indian Mayor of BMC, kaka Joseph Baptista is not included in this list of mayors of BMC. If so can we please state the reason, or else just add the gentleman’s name to the list please? Thanks for any help or guidance in getting this article up to standards.
