Talk:List of United States tornadoes from August to October 2025

November and December have had a measely 10 tornadoes combined so far, a near record low amount, and I don’t see anything on the SPC that indicates any activity in the near future. Between August, September and October, the tornado total was only 113. Thus we have only 123 tornadoes in these late months. Therefore, I propose merging these two articles together, to generate a more full list. We already have an article for 4 consecutive months, List of United States tornadoes from July to October 2022 which had 161 tornadoes. I don’t even think we’re going to reach that point, hence a merger would be productive here. ~2025-40941-13 (talk) 15:52, 15 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]

IMO prob best to wait just to avoid having to potentially resplit if something big happens towards the end of the month; while it’s unlikely, major tornado outbreaks are possible towards the end of December, as we saw last year. AutisticYapper (talk) 16:28, 15 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
