I am requesting a review and possible edit by a neutral editor.
A number of independent, reliable sources now refer to this venue as “Sport Ireland Campus” as the primary name, with “National Sports Campus” treated as a former or historical name. I am not requesting a move myself, but would appreciate guidance and action from an uninvolved editor.
Could a neutral editor please:
- Review the current independent sourcing regarding name usage;
- Consider whether the article lead and infobox should better reflect current common usage (for example by clearly identifying “National Sports Campus” as a former name); and
- Advise whether a future requested move under WP:COMMONNAME might now be appropriate.
I will not initiate a requested move myself and am happy to provide additional independent sources if needed.
Thank you.
