Latest revision as of 11:14, 14 November 2025

1.) the source that mentions “victory” was only talking about Kosovo in general, not Drenica. completely unrelated to the offensive in drenica

2.) The Amnesty international source, that mentions “yugoslav establishment of control” doesn‘t mention that they were successful in doing that.

3.) “Radio kosova e lire is unreliable” is just an excuse for Wp:just

4.) There is no real article that talks about the so called “Tërnac incident”, i only found the names of the yugoslav soldiers who were killed in Tërnac in the HLC kosovo memory book

5.) “amnesty.org is wp:or and unreliable”, no, Amnesty international does not make stuff up. It is literally one of the most known NGO‘s in the world

Either way, the Offensive was inconclusive, and the claim that “RadioKosovaeLire is unreliable” is pure cope and a clear case of Wp:just. If the edit gets reverted one more time, i will report those responsible for Wp:just. AverageSkiptar (talk) 18:04, 12 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

1. Under the section Offensive 1999 it says how it was well executed which means it was successful, the next page talks about places that were affected
2. Yes it does and you have quote for it, the source is talking about drenica
3. Radio Kosova e Lire isn’t reliable and sections that used only that source were mostly deleted or reverted
4. Remove Ternac incident
Provide reliable source that offensive was inconclusive+you already have multiple warnings and this isn’t “yugoslav allegations” i just used sources already existed on the page and put them in context they should be Wikicommonsfan134 (talk) 18:15, 12 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

1.) (First) Battle of Jeshkovo was a “Yugoslav victory” according to your logic, because it was part of the Yugoslav September offensive which was a confirmed Yugoslav victory
2.) It doesn‘t mention if they were successful or not
3.) Y‘all are calling it unreliable only because it‘s kosovar? Milovan Drecun‘s book Drugi kosovski boj is also unreliable by your logic because it‘s serbian
4.) I already did, but y‘all are trying to re-add it
Also because the Yugoslavs captured places, doesn‘t automatically mean that it was their victory. It‘s like saying that Battle of Pashtrik was a KLA victory because they captured several places AverageSkiptar (talk) 18:41, 12 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Source mentions that offensive is well executed which means it was successful, book is still more reliable and because source is on another language it does not mean it’s unreliable. I still see you don’t know what’s the issue and you are still continuing pushing OR, if you don’t get blocked for being sockpuppet i am sure you will be blocked for this type of editing Wikicommonsfan134 (talk) 06:44, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

“Sockpuppet” lmao says the one who only created his account to start edit wars in my articles.
As i said many times, the book you used never mentioned anything about a yugoslav offensive in drenica that was “successful for the yugoslavs” AverageSkiptar (talk) 08:40, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

i did not create account to start edit wars because that means this is disruptive only account which is against Wikipedia terms of service and source mentions the serbian offensive was well executed, one page later it mentions places. I don’t know why is hard to understand that if you think I’m wrong ask other editors Wikicommonsfan134 (talk) 10:00, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

For the 100th time, the “well executed offensive” was referring to Kosovo in General, NOT DRENICA. AverageSkiptar (talk) 12:45, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Next page under same section mentions Srbica and Drenas Wikicommonsfan134 (talk) 13:18, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, but it doesn‘t mention a successful yugoslav offensive there, they only talked about the places in those muncipalities that were affected in March 1999 AverageSkiptar (talk) 13:25, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You can’t be serious Wikicommonsfan134 (talk) 14:15, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Evidence that yugoslavs won? Except the HRW source (which i already had debunked) AverageSkiptar (talk) 14:38, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You didn’t debunked anything you just said random nonsense Wikicommonsfan134 (talk) 15:01, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I debunked your hrw source that never mentioned anything about Drenica. AverageSkiptar (talk) 15:30, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

what? Wikicommonsfan134 (talk) 15:41, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

the “well executed offensive” was referring to Kosovo in General not Drenica. AverageSkiptar (talk) 15:45, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

It focuses more on Drenica or municipalities of Srbica and Drenas while it say only few words about other places Wikicommonsfan134 (talk) 16:06, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Yet it doesn‘t mention a yugoslav success or anything remotely similar to it AverageSkiptar (talk) 16:10, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You didn’t even check the source your just coping now Wikicommonsfan134 (talk) 19:45, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I did check the source and the quote only talked about kosovo. Also you‘re the one coping here, Hungarianhistorian97 alt. AverageSkiptar (talk) 19:53, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

If you did checked this conversation wouldn’t continue and you would understand what i zm talking about this whole time Wikicommonsfan134 (talk) 20:02, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I know what you‘re trying to say, yet the offensive wasn‘t a Yugoslav victory. It was Inconclusive. AverageSkiptar (talk) 20:08, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

“The offensive by Serbian and Yugoslav authorities in Kosovo, which began on 20 March 1999, four days before the start of NATO bombing, was methodically planned and well executed…The greatest suffering occurred in areas that had historical ties with the KLA. The municipalities of Glogovac (Drenas) and Srbica (Skenderaj) in the Drenica region, the cradle of the KLA,”
I don’t understand what’s so hard to understand? First page mentions the 20 March offensive and it says how it was well executed while second mentions places including Glogovac (Drenas) and Srbica (Skendaj) Wikicommonsfan134 (talk) 04:43, 14 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

“The offensive by Serbian and Yugoslav authorities in Kosovo, which began on 20 March” AverageSkiptar (talk) 05:40, 14 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

And what does next page say? Wikicommonsfan134 (talk) 06:27, 14 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Nothing about a yugoslav victory in Drenica. Checkmate. AverageSkiptar (talk) 11:14, 14 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
