Tatsue Ishikawa (石川達絵) is a Japanese businessman and racehorse owner.[1]
She does not use any particular names, and her horses are often simply named, however for his most famous horse, Kiseki, she initially applied for various names but was rejected, but she applied for “Kiseki” on a whim and it was approved.[2]
