Honduras has officially made their flag turquoise — but we need to be able to show the old flag on historical pages, so this template needs to be updated ASAP.

(Just to clarify, I didn’t want to make it seem like the ONLY people who can make this edit are @Paine Ellsworth, Firefly, or Skjoldbro:, lol.) The sooner this template gets updated, the earlier we can work on making the image on historical pages match the one used in that time period.
