Battle of Burton Bridge (1322)

  • The article length, date and sourcing are OK. There was one instance of paraphrasing that was too close to the original in my opinion, which I’ve modified to distance it further. The hook lengths are fine but the first hook is not supported by the source, which only say that it foretold the death of someone in the Ferrers family at the time of the battle, so I’ve struck that. The ALT1 hook is certainly interesting, cited and supported by the source given. The image status is fine and probably OK at that size.
  • Promoting admins please note that the creator has asked for this to appear on March 10, the anniversary of the battle. Mikenorton (talk) 10:55, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
