Be sure to remember to add your signature ( ~~~~ ) after the template, as the text refers to ‘my talk page’.
Originally this template used {{User other}} to identify users (not template pages or other listings) to add the welcomed Wikipedian to Category:Wikipedia Signators.
A 2011 deletion discussion of all ranked user categories suggested grouping Wikipedians by arbitrary “ranks” was unproductive; hence the category was deleted.
It has been removed for now with the understanding that consensus can change and this can be added back in.
