You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users’ edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article’s talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. I’m going to state this very clearly for likely the last time, since I’ve said it several times before: articles are not generally required to use any particular template, like {{native name}}, just because that template is in use on other comparable articles. There is no real problem if an article like Germany uses that template in its infobox or not, and when such choices don’t make a real difference, it’s best to minimize disruption by letting things stay as they are. It’s a really bad habit on here to edit war over deeply trivial matters like that. If you keep edit warring instead of engaging in discussions, you’re likely to get blocked for disruptive editing. I know what the template does. It’s not necessary to use it on France, as one example, and we are not required to use it. People generally know French is the official language in France, and such countries are cases where the template has the least purpose, and essentially just takes up space for no good reason.

On the other hand, the {{native name}} template is particularly useful to use on articles about states with multiple official languages, or states whose official language isn’t common knowledge. My primary point is it doesn’t matter that much either way, so the norm (WP:RETAIN) in all such cases is to leave it alone, because otherwise there is fighting back and forth over non-issues instead of substantial improvements.
