Your subsequent addition to the same article was extremely broken in several table-damaging ways. I fixed it. Please use Preview to make sure you are not creating unnecessary cleanup work for others. I have removed your most recent additions to List of hazing deaths in the United States, because they need better sourcing, and contained various errors which damaged the table. Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary.
