I’m sorry I was busy, well I know it’s multiple accounts because I didn’t know the rules, when I got blocke I don’t tried to unblock it , because I didn’t know what I have to do, Recently I’ve been use Wikipedia in Arabic my native language. So recently I knew what I have to do and what don’t.

That what I’ll do but recently I have notification for Wikipedia library but I’m not eligible to access the Wikipedia library cause this block.

Also I’m doctor so in English Wikipedia I can made some edit Requirement.
