Hi InfiniteNexus, I’ve been working to update Point72 Asset Management, a hedge fund that has involvement in AI technology companies and fintech. I recently put up an edit request: Talk:Point72 Asset Management#Tweak language, subsection names, and since you are a member of WP:Companies and WP:Technology, I would appreciate you taking a look. Thank you very much Mrsnewyork (talk) 14:25, 16 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi InfiniteNexus, I thought I would bring this message to your attention in case you missed it. I appreciate it! Mrsnewyork (talk) 17:00, 21 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Mrsnewyork: Hi there, apologies for the delayed response. Unfortunately, I will not be able to assist you with this matter at this time. Since you have already made an edit request, an editor should be with you shortly to review your request. Best, InfiniteNexus (talk) 00:26, 28 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The article Agatha All Along (disambiguation) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Now a WP:ONEOTHER disambiguation because the miniseries has become the primary topic.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article’s talk page.

Hello there! I mentioned forum shopping in hopes it would provide useful suggestions on consensus building, and because I fear your edits make the discussion hard to follow. I agree it’s probably futile to repeat your arguments multiple times, and it’s often a poor choice per WP:BLUD (something I have to guard against myself). It’s often not necessary to reiterate your main argument, as you should assume that the closer takes that into account. The other ideas I’m trying to communicate to you are: 1) prefer to be concise and directly address the central argument – too many comments and replies may dilute or obscure your main message; 2) number of policies cited is like the number of votes – local consensus matters; 2) if the local consensus is somehow wrong, the larger community should eventually take notice and fix the mistake. —Edwin Herdman (talk) 22:16, 25 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Edwin Herdman: Hi there. I appreciate your thoughtfulness, though I continue to disagree with your suggestion that local consensus can override PAGs without a legitimate reason to invoke IAR. However, as I said earlier, there’s probably not much point in further deliberation as the discussion is unlikely to “pass” even if I managed to persuade one more person, so we will have to agree to disagree. I am mindful of bludgeoning and have made a conscious effort not to obnoxiously respond to every comment, only ones where I see a substantial misreading of policy that might influence other !votes or the closer, but I acknowledge that even so, it can sometimes get out of hand.
