Hi there. I’ve noticed you’ve added a number of categories to various palaeontology-related articles in recent days. Please be mindful of which categories you are adding to these articles, as several have been incorrectly categorized (for example, you’ve placed the article on Albertonectes, a plesiosaur, in the “Dinosaurs of Canada” and “Dinosaur genera” categories) and some of the categories you’ve linked to (like “Fossils of Northwest Territories” on the Maiaspondylus article) don’t exist. Hello! Yes, I have been and yes I’m fairly new at this and I’ve been doing a bit more research on such things and I’ve realized some mistakes I’ve made in categorizing some of the pages. I appreciate you reaching out, saying hi and letting me know. I’ll be sure to categorize correctly from now onwards. If you have any suggestions or guidelines I’d be happy to take some advice. Oh no I wouldn’t take something like that too personally unless it was completely malicious, I’m just glad that you decided to reach out. Yeah I think I figured out a few things myself (and I went back and fixed some previous mistakes I had made) but I’m glad this is a pretty forgiving community. Thanks again!
