Today I remember a singer who impressed me on stage. – Repeating: you are invited to a peer review after FAC, – in a poll, you could simply mark yes or no for the four open questions. == Good article review for Bella Ramsey ==
Hello @Mike Christie. I hope you’re well. I recently nominated Bella Ramsey’s page for Good Article status under the Media and Drama category after working on this with @Rhain. I noticed you’ve reviewed similar articles and was wondering if you’d be willing to take a look? I’m new to the review process but I’d be happy to pledge to review another article if that would be helpful and is allowed under Wiki rules. Thanks! Hi Mike, as you might know, I still maintain a separate version of the pledge tracker. Most things happen almost automatically because I wrote a template, GARP, I just need to take the bot output at Wikipedia:Good article review pledges/Open and copy/paste the relevant fields into the template. It would make my life easier if your bot could provide a formatted version for easy copy/paste; see Wikipedia talk:Good article review pledges#Streamlining the tracker for the kind of format I am looking for (I am not totally sure that there should be hidden instructions though). This is basically just a quality of life improvement for me, so please ignore me if you are busy, but if you get around to tinkering with your bot, I would really appreciate it. —Kusma (talk) 20:20, 24 September 2025 (UTC)

- Kusma, just a note to say I haven’t forgotten about this. I’m having minor shoulder surgery on Friday and so am unlikely to be editing much for a week at least, but please remind me about this in late November and I’ll have a look at the code to see what could be done. - I hope all goes well with the surgery and wish you a speedy recovery. I will ask again in a few weeks. —Kusma (talk) 09:17, 28 October 2025 (UTC)

Hi and thanks for your recent participation in AfD. I would like to hear your thoughts about the process. Please check this survey if you are willing to respond.Czarking0 (talk) 02:18, 6 October 2025 (UTC)
Congratulations! Thank you today for Oriental Stories, “about an early pulp magazine. It was started as a companion to the more famous Weird Tales, but only managed 15 issues over four years. It included several stories by Robert E. Howard, including the first of his stories about Red Sonya, the inspiration for the comics character Red Sonja.”! —Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:58, 26 October 2025 (UTC)
300 years ago: another one, Gott der Herr ist Sonn und Schild, BWV 79, on the occasion for which it was written, Reformation Day – it’s not only Halloween today. You are invited to the peer reviews for another candidate. —Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:04, 31 October 2025 (UTC)
Reaching out per User:ChristieBot#What to do if your username changes, I recently changes my user name from User:OlifanofmrTennant to User:Olliefant. I was wondering if you could connect these two to fix my user stats on the WP:GAN page Olliefant (she/her) 07:55, 26 October 2025 (UTC)
- Done — the next time the stats page updates it should combine the two. Mike Christie (talk – contribs – library) 11:16, 26 October 2025 (UTC)
I had enjoyed the article Oriental Stories when I had reviewed it at FAC and was glad to come across it on the Main Page as today’s featured article. Well deserved and keep contributing as you do. MSincccc (talk) 11:10, 26 October 2025 (UTC)

Hello, @Mike Christie. Thank you for reverting edits as you did at Flash Gordon Strange Adventure Magazine (diff). I’m editing on mobile, but the text is too large on readable mobile. Take a look for Help:List-defined references and Template:Reflist#List-defined references.
Your edit summary was: Undid revision 1318955060 by KuyaMoHirowo (talk) no reason to replace it — the raw tag uses the same defaults (Tag: Undo)

- I’m not sure what you’re telling me — there were no list defined references in that article. Are you saying it displays differently with reflist? Mike Christie (talk – contribs – library) 11:06, 27 October 2025 (UTC)
- Yes. Some articles have Reflist template rather than
<references />tag. I did anything wrong with<references />tag. KuyaMoHirowo • he/him (DM me on Discord at kuyamohirowo (DMs are open!)) :3 11:36, 27 October 2025 (UTC)- I would recommend only changing <references /> to reflist if you need to add parameters to the reflist template. The <references /> tag is the same as the reflist template if there are no parameters, so the change you made has no effect. There are some differences in the tags depending on what future editors plan to do — reflist has more options for layout, but it’s better to use the references tag if you plan to use list-defined references. Generally I would suggest not changing references to reflist unless you need the layout options it allows. Mike Christie (talk – contribs – library) 12:17, 27 October 2025 (UTC)
