There is quite a lot more work needed on this, but I shall just focus on two issues at this stage.

1) Is the subject notable? This needs to be according to Wikipedia’s definitions and by a specific criteria. There is WP:ACADEMIC which gives 8 criteria, but it is not clear any apply here. If not then it’s WP:GNG and WP:BASIC, which will ideally need 3 feature long newspaper articles profiling the subject’s career (or something similar). Many professors will not qualify under either bases.

2) The format and structure of this article is so out of step with most Wikipedia articles that it can fairly be classed as non encyclopedic. Have a look at HELP:YFA for a user-friendly guide to getting this right, but only after point 1 has been considered very carefully.

I don’t really know if that would be enough, the layout of the article made it very difficult to see what point of the article text was being supported by which source. I would suggest you get that layout and formatting corrected, and then submit again once it resembles similar articles to your one. It will probably get reviewed quite quickly. The key question is “do you have at least 2, ideally 3, lengthy articles, not interviews, that provide career long coverage”.

Thank you, but it will go to another review editor for checking. But I don’t think you have fully taken on board the need to make it look like a Wikipedia article, and if you have used HELP:YFA then something has gone wrong somewhere. Compare you article with this random one Miguel Ayuso – and I’m not advocating you put a long list of your research down – but at least the sections are structured and the references with it.
