Multiple recent edits of yours have inserted spaces in strange places [1][2][3]. Is there a reason for this? It doesn’t appear to be constructive. fifteen thousand two hundred twenty four (talk) 15:56, 25 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I added those spaces intentionally, as I thought they would [improve readability / follow a certain style / prevent text from looking cluttered]. If this isn’t consistent with the Manual of Style, I’m happy to adjust. Thanks for pointing it out. Parshwa Pagaria (talk) 16:10, 25 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

And more in [4] and [5] which were made after the above message, the latter edit also broke an image with erroneous capitalization.
“I added those spaces intentionally” – You are intentionally adding spaces to filenames and other colon links?
It appears as though you are using some form of tool, such as a large language model, to create these edits. Please refrain from doing so for now as the results are subpar and are breaking things. fifteen thousand two hundred twenty four (talk) 16:14, 25 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the feedback. I wasn’t using any automated tool—I was editing manually. I see now that some of my edits caused formatting issues, especially with filenames and links, and I understand how that breaks things. I’ll be more careful and avoid making such changes in the future. Parshwa Pagaria (talk) 16:16, 25 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You just used it again. Please stop. On talk pages, we want to hear what you have to say, not what an AI has to say. Gommeh 📖   🎮 16:20, 25 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
You are using an LLM, or similar tool, to create your edits and replies here. Your rate of editing, as well as many of the errors being inserted, are not plausibly of human origin. Additionally your replies here appear typical of model-generated text. Please desist from making further such edits and read WP:LLM. fifteen thousand two hundred twenty four (talk) 16:21, 25 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

A desire to help improve the encyclopedia is always welcome, however using LLMs to do so is undesirable as they have many pitfalls which make them unsuitable for most editing tasks, even for minor copyediting or punctuation changes. Thank you. fifteen thousand two hundred twenty four (talk) 16:31, 25 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. In a recent edit to the page Assam Legislative Assembly, you changed one or more words or styles from one national variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Wikipedia articles.

For a subject exclusively related to the United Kingdom (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to another English-speaking country, such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, India, or Pakistan, use the variety of English used there. For an international topic, use the form of English that the first author of the article used.

In view of that, please don’t change articles from one version of English to another, even if you don’t normally use the version in which the article is written. Respect other people’s versions of English. They, in turn, should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Wikipedia articles are written can be found in the Manual of Style. If you have any questions about this, you can ask me on my talk page or visit the help desk. Thank you. Gommeh 📖   🎮 16:16, 25 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for letting me know. I wasn’t aware of the rule about sticking to the original variety of English in each article. I’ll make sure not to change the spelling style between British and American English in future edits. Thank you for informing me. I was not aware of the rule regarding the consistency of English varieties in each article. I will ensure that I do not change the spelling style between British and American English in future edits.
