I have reviewed this article and have come to the conclusion that all of the mentioned issues seem to have been solved. The article should be fine and the issues can be removed:

I fixed it for ya :). I’m not sure what went wrong for you—you should’ve been able to just delete that one as well (which itself is not a cleanup banner, but a sort of “box” to hold them all) if you clicked it and hit “delete”? I am not an admin ;). What I meant was the delete/backspace key on your keyboard; do you want to mess around in User:GoldRomean/sandbox and see if you can figure it out? Highly suggest trying source editor. Anyhow, feel free to message me on my talk page and we can keep debugging, or if you want to drop it too that’s fine (this isn’t exactly the most critical of problems, lol); either way I’m happy to help but also don’t want to flood Zippybonzo with a whole bunch of pings :).
