Hi ZypheriZ! I noticed your contributions and wanted to welcome you to the Wikipedia community. I hope you like it here and decide to stay.
{{box|color=#EBFFE9|align=left|CSS=padding:10px 20px;|I’ve noticed that you’ve expressed an interest in South Asian topics. Unfortunately, due to a history of conflict and disruptive editing it has been designated a contentious topic and is subject to some strict rules.
”’The rule that affects you most as a new or IP editor is the prohibition on making any edit related to Indian military history or castes, political parties, and social groups in South Asia, which includes discussing articles on talk pages, unless you are logged into an account that is at least 30 days old and has made at least 500 edits.”’
This prohibition is broadly construed, so it includes edits such as adding the reaction of a public figure concerning a historical conflict to their article, discussing which caste a person may or may not belong to, or noting the position of a company or organization as it relates a political party.
The exception to this rule is that you may request a specific change to an article on the talk page of that article or at this page. Please ensure that your requested edit complies with our neutral point of view and reliable sourcing policies, and if the edit is about a living person our policies on biographies of living people as well.
Any edits you make contrary to these rules are likely to be reverted, and repeated violations can lead to you being blocked from editing.

You have shown interest in South Asian social groups. Due to past disruption in this topic area, the community has authorised uninvolved administrators to impose contentious topics restrictions—such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks—on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia’s policies, expected standards of behaviour, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic. For additional information, please see the guidance on these sanctions. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor. |

In Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kakan Rajputs you stated Our team will be more mindful of these issues moving forward. However, frequent edits from other contributors have caused difficulties, as they often add inaccurate or unnecessary information. This requires us to make constant revisions and corrections, which you can verify in the page’s revision history.
Please note that shared accounts are not permitted. See WP:NOSHARE for details. Each person on your team who edits must have a separate account and not use another person’s account. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 17:52, 31 March 2025 (UTC)
- Yes, we are aware of that. Our team doesn’t use shared accounts, I am the only one responsible for editing the page, while others focus on gathering information and identifying inaccuracies. ZypheriZ (talk) 20:41, 31 March 2025 (UTC)
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the repeated disruptive edits being made to the Kakan Rajput Wikipedia page by an anonymous user currently operating under the IP address 115.97.134.85. This individual appears to be the same person I’ve flagged before in this talk section, based on their edit history and the nature of their contributions.
Not only is this user persistently adding historically inaccurate and unsourced claims — such as the false assertion that the Kakans are direct descendants of Lord Rama — but they are also introducing numerous grammatical errors into the article. These errors significantly compromise the readability and credibility of the page. In fact, a similar pattern of poor editing and lack of reliable citations from this user had previously drawn the attention of Wikipedia moderators, and nearly resulted in the page being flagged for deletion.
Despite earlier warnings and efforts to correct the content with verifiable sources — particularly highlighting that the Kakan Rajputs are descendants of Prince Bharat, not Rama — this user continues to override edits, delete citations, and reintroduce misleading statements.
I am requesting urgent assistance from Wikipedia administrators or senior editors to intervene in this matter. At this point, I believe the best course of action is to either restrict editing access to the page or place it under temporary protection, as the current situation poses a real risk of the article being flagged again due to repeated violations of Wikipedia’s content and style policies.
I also strongly urge that all edits made by this individual be reviewed and rolled back, as they compromise both the factual and grammatical quality of the page.
Any guidance or support on how to proceed with formally requesting page protection or reporting this user for persistent disruptive editing would be greatly appreciated. ZypheriZ (talk) 19:37, 6 August 2025 (UTC)
Kakan Rajputs
Hi ZypheriZ! I noticed your contributions and wanted to welcome you to the Wikipedia community. I hope you like it here and decide to stay.
The rule that affects you most as a new or IP editor is the prohibition on making any edit related to Indian military history or castes, political parties, and social groups in South Asia, which includes discussing articles on talk pages, unless you are logged into an account that is at least 30 days old and has made at least 500 edits.

Even though you started the Kakan Rajputs article, you are not an Extended confirmed editor (you only have 151 edits, not the 500 required) so you should not be editing the Kakan Rajputs article, nor entering discussions on the talk page, although you can make specific edit requests on the talk page.
