St Peter’s Church is an Anglican church in the village of Wormleighton, in Warwickshire, England. It is in the Diocese of Coventry.[1] The building dates from the 12th century. It is Grade I listed.[2]
There is a nave with north and south aisles, chancel, west tower and south porch. The earliest parts are of the 12th century, and the tower and narrow aisles, with three bays, were added in the late 12th or early 13th century.
In the north wall of the chancel is a monument to John, son of Robert Spencer, 1st Baron Spencer of Wormleighton. The inscription record that he died [in 1610] in Blois.
