Chan Yu Tsai (Chinese: 陳譽齊; pinyin: Chén Yù Qí; born June 2007), known as Kimi Chan, is a racing driver from Hong Kong. He is currently competing in single-seater formulae, having most recently finishing as the runner-up in the 2025 FIA Formula 4 Chinese Championship for Champ Motorsport.

In 2024, he achieved a major breakout season in the Asian karting scene, winning the IAME Series Asia X30 Senior Championship. During this campaign, he competed for DRM Motorsports with technical support from Grande Vittoria Motorsports.

Formula 4 Chinese Championship

Chan transitioned to open-wheel racing in 2025, joining Champ Motorsport for the 2025 Formula 4 Chinese Championship. He made his debut on 19 April 2025 at the Ningbo International Circuit.

Throughout the 2025 season, Chan maintained high consistency, recording one race victory and 18 podium finishes. He also secured four pole positions and five fastest laps. Chan concluded the season in second place in the drivers’ standings with 291 points, eventually finishing as vice-champion behind title-winner Shimo Zhang.
