I reviewed Jaden.tang17’s sandbox, bibliography, and his contributions, and these are my thoughts:

Overall, you did a really nice job explaining what TMP is and how it fits into DNA synthesis. The layout is clean, and the main ideas are easy to follow. I had a few suggestions that might help strengthen it even more.

Lead Section

I think some sentences need to be added in the Lead to connect it to your contributions. This way, I feel it’ll make it flow better.

Content

Your explanation of the salvage and de novo pathways is really clear. Adding a short description of TMP’s chemical structure and a bit of clinical context for how dTMP is made could give additional background. It seems a bit technical, which makes it hard for everyone to understand, so I think some sentences need to be simplified. Also, adding some wikilinks to some words would be helpful for users to understand them more. Other than that, the content is pretty solid.

Tone and Balance, Sources – The tone is overall neutral, non-biased, and balanced. Sources are overall good too.

Final Thoughts

Overall, you did a great job.
