The 2025 Zamboanga Sibugay’s 1st congressional district election was held on May 12, 2025, to elect a representative for Zamboanga Sibugay’s 1st congressional district to the House of Representatives of the Philippines. The election was part of the 2025 Philippine general election and the 2025 Philippine House of Representatives elections.

The Philippines uses parallel voting for the House of Representatives. congressional elections, have been synchronized to be held on the second Monday of May every three years, starting in 1992. Since 2010, general elections have been automated, with voters shading an oval next to their chosen candidate. For the congressional seats, representatives are elected under the first-past-the-post system for single-member districts. Campaigning for elections for congressional districts seats are decidedly local; the candidates are most likely a part of an election slate that includes candidates for other local positions and slates may comprise of different parties.

Incumbent Representative Wilter Palma (Lakas–CMD) was defeated by Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Board member Marlo Bancoro (PFP) Palma was elected in 2022 under the same party with 77,268 votes or 59.64% defeating Apple Yambao (PPP) who received 52,087 votes or 40.21%
